[C80] C80 hangs up

Hi,
when I connect to my 1571 voicemail and other numbers that use a menu response to get through to a certain department, my C80 hangs up or the system doesn't recognise my pressed key and hangs up.
Has anyone else had similar problems ? does anyone have a solution?
