[OS system] OSCAL tab60 in bootloop please help

I have a Oscal tab 60 , it worked fine and then just one day it went in a bootloop i only see the oscal logo and then it restarts and repeat itself, i have gone in recovery , did a cache wipe , factory reset etc. anything i could find on google i have done it. please help on how to resolve this, it seems like the OS is missing.
