    The OSCAL Affiliate Program lets creators, publishers, communities, and partners promote OSCAL products — including rugged phones and tablets, smartphones and tablets, and energy storage — and earn commission on qualified sales made through their affiliate links.
  • 2. How do I start earning commission?
    Share your affiliate link. When someone buys through it and the order is confirmed, you earn commission.
  • 3. What is the cookie duration?
    OSCAL uses a 30-day cookie window. If a customer clicks your link and completes a qualified purchase within 30 days, the order can be attributed to you under program rules.
  • 4. Which countries can I promote in?
    Supported markets vary by category:
    Phones & tablets: 30 markets — the US, UK, Japan, and 27 EU countries
    Energy storage: the US and 27 EU countries
    Commission applies only to qualified orders from supported markets.
  • 5. Can I promote any page on the OSCAL website?
    Our team provides links to relevant promotions, product list pages, brand pages, and product detail pages. Through Awin, GoAffPro, and their tool suites, publishers can create custom links to any relevant URL on store.oscal.hk for their content.
  • 6. Can I use OSCAL product images and copy?
    You may use official assets provided through the affiliate platforms or shared by OSCAL. Other website copy, images, or brand materials may be allowed case by case. For brand-use questions, contact our support team.
  • 7. What types of promotions are not permitted?
    To ensure fairness, the following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:
    False Links: Manipulating affiliate links in deceptive ways.
    Fake Purchase: Creating pop-ups or scripts that imitate real purchases.
    Browser Extensions: Displaying disruptive pop-ups that interfere with user experience.
    Hidden Links: Concealing affiliate links under other content.
    Search Engine Placement: Inserting affiliate links directly into search engines (e.g., Google, Bing).
    Clickbait: Misleading users into clicking on affiliate links.
    Impersonating Official OSCAL Websites: Creating fake OSCAL sites to mislead customers.
    Violating Program Terms: Engaging in activities that breach the OSCAL Affiliate Program terms.

    OSCAL reserves the right to penalize affiliates who violate these terms.
  • 8. Why was my commission reversed after an order was completed?
    Commission may be reversed if the order is cancelled, refunded, returned, marked invalid, placed outside supported markets, or otherwise fails to meet program qualification rules. Final commission is based on confirmed valid orders.
