[OS system] A fatal problem in the system

I'm having problems with the system; the sound and microphone are down, sometimes the phone freezes, random lines and colors appear, and it shuts down. Sometimes the vibration works but doesn't turn off. I hope the company will provide root access for the device because I think the system is faulty. This happened to me too on c80
