[Product] Wrong screen resolution Oscal Pad 200

Hi,
I bought the Oscal Pad 200 which should have a screenresolution of 1200*1920.
But in Youtube i can only select a resolution of 720P.
I checked the website What is My Screen Resolution and the max resolution is 1280*800 (800*1280)
So what's the problem?
Did i received a wrong tablet?
Did something went wrong during manufacturing?
How can we solve this?
